TERMS & CONDITIONS

Navitus Parfums aims to provide customers with the highest quality fragrances and related products with the highest quality of ingredients in addition to providing our customers with an enjoyable and efficient shopping experience. Our policies are aimed at being fair and transparent in order to facilitate your experience with our brand and company.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

1) Should customers wish to cancel any order they have placed, this is required to be done within 2 hours of order placement. Cancellations cannot be made once order placement time is exceeded by 2 hours; 2) Additionally, products can only be returned back to us for a refund if they are sealed in their original cellophane packaging and have not been used and reach us in a safe condition. In such case, the item needs to be shipped back to us at the cost of the customer and once it meets our quality inspection, only then, will a refund be issued after deduction of a restocking fee of $18.95. If the item is received back damaged, then no refund can be processed and customer to arrange for reshipment from our warehouse to them at their own cost; 3) Additionally, any Items that have been opened from their original seal and cellophane packaging will not be accepted for returns, refunds or exchanges. 4) In any case whatsoever, products cannot be refunded or sent back if the customer does not communicate with the company within 7 days of product delivery, and as such, after the expiry of 7 days, it is deemed that the customer has accepted the product completely without any claims thereafter. 5) Candles are made with natural wax and therefore variations in the consistency of wax may occur before or after use, and this is a general part of the wax curing process and not a defect in the product. The customer accepts this at the time of purchase.

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS

We ensure that the products leave our warehouse in appropriate packaging and are aimed at reaching the buyer in the best possible condition. However we cannot control how customs of buyers’ countries check the item, and therefore are not responsible for any checks undertaken by customs departments internationally. DUTY OF CARE & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF TERMS

It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this policy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The customer understands fully that if they have placed multiple orders for fragrances to the same shipping address, then such orders may be combined, at our sole discretion, for logistical efficiency reasons, regardless of the shipping fees paid by the customer. Any shipping fees paid is non-refundable regardless of package distribution by our logistics carrier. Furthermore, due to the complexities of international shipping, we can only process and ship international orders every 4-8 business days. Any duties and taxes levied by the destination country are beyond our control and are to be valued by the destination country and to be collected directly from customer by the courier before delivery.
