Our policies are aimed at being fair and transparent in order to facilitate your experience with our brand and company.
Once the operations team starts to process the order placed by the customer, the order cannot be cancelled and a refund cannot be processed.
EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS
We ensure that the fragrances leave our warehouse in appropriate packaging and are aimed at reaching the buyer in the best possible condition. However we cannot control how customs of buyers’ countries check the item, and therefore are not responsible for any checks undertaken by customs departments internationally. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED
It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this policy.
Due to the complexities of international shipping, we can only process and ship international orders every 4-8 business days. Any duties and taxes levied by the destination country are beyond our control and are to be valued by the destination country and to be collected directly from customer by the courier before delivery.
